Grower Notes:

Arisaema triphyllum is better known as Jack-in-the-pulpit. It is also commonly called: Indian turnip, bog onion or brown dragon. This native spring ephemeral will produce green pitcher-shaped flowers with a touch of purple in early spring. More mature plants will produce a cluster of red berries after flowering but before going dormant.

This unusual woodland species is easy to grow and care for. It thrives partial to full shade in moist, humusy, acidic soils.
