SEPTEMBER CHARM WINDFLOWER

Anemone x hybrida 'September Charm' is commonly referred to as September Charm Anemone or September Charm Japanese Windflower. This vigorous, easy to grow selection is one of the longest blooming perennials in the perennial garden. It features single, clear pink flowers held on 36 inch sturdy stems that do not need staking. It is free flowering from late summer through fall. Foliage is dark green and mounding, spreading slowly through rhizomes.

September Charm Anemone is deer and rabbit resistant and thrives in full or partial sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal in borders, perennial and cottage gardens and makes a great cut flower.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant it in well-draining soil with full sun. Water it regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season.
