BLUE ICE BOG ROSEMARY
Andromeda polifolia 'Blue Ice' is most commonly known as Blue Ice Bog Rosemary. It is a very cold hard low-mounded ornamental evergreen shrub with pinkish white blooms in spring. It has powder blue, needle-like foliage that can get 18-24 inches tall with a 3-foot spread.
Blue Ice Bog Rosemary is easy to grow and holds onto its icy-blue foliage throughout winter. It thrives in full to partial sun in acidic, moist, well-drained soils. It grows best in cool temperatures, but it can tolerate slightly warmer temperatures if necessary. Ideal for informal gardens and rock gardens.
