LAMARCKII SERVICEBERRY

The award-winning Lamarckii Serviceberry (also known as Juneberry) is noteworthy for its spectacular white flower clusters in spring followed by edible purplish-black berries enjoyed by both birds and people. Its finely toothed, oval leaves emerge bronze-red and age to a brilliant orange-red in fall. Resistant to leaf spot.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining, slightly acidic soil enriched with organic matter to ensure vigorous development. Select a site with full sun to partial shade, as this balance promotes the best floral display and seasonal foliage color. Provide regular water during the first few growing seasons until fully established, especially during extended dry periods. Prune in late winter or early spring to remove dead or crossing branches, though minimal shaping is typically required for these naturally graceful specimens.
