RED BUCKEYE
The Red Buckeye, also known as Scarlet Buckeye or Firecracker Plant is a deciduous clump-forming shrub or small tree with an irregular rounded crown. Showy, erect, 4-10 inch long panicles of red to orange-red, narrow-tubular flowers appear in spring. Yellow fall color drops early. It prefers partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Ideal for woodland or naturalized areas, along ponds or streams.
