Zone: 4GREENCOLUMN MAPLE
The Greencolumn Maple is an upright, oval, deciduous tree that is a subspecies of the Sugar Maple, but with better heat tolerance. Greenish yellow flower clusters appear when leaves emerge in April-May. Medium green leaves turn yellow-orange in fall.
This low maintenance shade tree thrives in moist to average soils in full sun. It is not particular to soil type or pH. It makes a perfect shade tree in any home landscape or park.
