KNOCK OUT® CORAL SHRUB ROSE

Rosa Coral Knock Out® is a vibrant addition to the famous Knock Out® family, bringing a unique and tropical flair to the collection. It produces an abundance of petite, double blossoms in a glowing shade of coral-orange that holds its intensity remarkably well, even in the height of summer. As the flowers age, they take on soft pink undertones, providing a beautiful multi-toned effect across the plant. The foliage is a rich, dark green with a semi-glossy finish, offering a sharp contrast that makes the warm floral tones truly pop.

The ideal spot for Knock Out® Coral is a location with full sun and well-drained soil. It maintains the signature "self-cleaning" habit of the series, dropping spent petals to make room for new buds without any need for manual deadheading. It grows into a tidy, upright, and bushy shrub, typically reaching about 4 to 5 feet in height, which makes it an excellent candidate for colorful hedges, mixed borders, or as a high-impact foundation plant.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in a location with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight. Ensure soil is well-draining. Water at the base (avoid getting leaves wet) to prevent fungal diseases. Prune in early spring. These are 'low-maintenance' roses. You can prune individually to shape, or, for large-scale mass plantings, you can use power shears to trim them back by one-third to encourage a flush of new, vigorous growth and continuous blooms.
