CRIMSON SPIRE OAK

Crimson Spire™ oak is a cross between the English Oak and the White Oak blending the best of both varieties. It has a fast-growing, tightly fastigiate, columnar form with dark green foliage and rusty red fall color. Mildew resistant and tolerant of a wide range of conditions making it a great fit for streetscapes and landscape settings.

Its dense form can create beautiful living screens for blocking unsightly views or muffling traffic noise.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Water it regularly, but avoid overwatering. Provide a well-draining soil mix and a location with full sun to partial shade. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize annually with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer.
