Zone: 4GOLD RUSH DAWN REDWOOD
The Gold Rush Dawn Redwood is a large, pyramidal, deciduous conifer that features feathery, fern-like foliage that is distinctively golden-yellow all summer summer, turning orange-brown in fall. Unlike other cone-bearing conifers, the Dawn Redwoods lose their leaves in fall.
The Gold Rush Dawn Redwood thrives in full sun in rich, moist, well-drained soils. Although it can adapt to less sun, full sun produces the best color.

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote healthy growth.
