Alcea rosea 'Fiesta Time' is commonly referred to as Fiesta Time Hollyhock. This compact Hollyhock is an old favorite and noted for its shorter stature. It features double, deep pink fringed flowers with soft pink edges from midsummer to fall that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
This deer and rabbit resistant perennial is a biennial or short-lived perennial. It thrives in full sun in average, well-drained soils. It will not tolerate cold wet soils. It is ideal for country gardens and containers because of its shorter stature. If you are looking for a shorter Hollyhock, this is it!
