Viola pedata 'Eco Artist Palette' is commonly referred to as Birdfoot Violet or Mountain Pansy. This selection has native roots and is distinct for its bi-color flowers and finely dissected leaves resembling a bird's foot. Flowers are light to dark purple ombre flowers. It is not weedy like some of its relatives and as sporadic rebloom until fall frost.
Birdfoot Violet requires full sun and well-drained soils to thrive. Perfect for rock gardens in a sunny, well-drained area.
