Miscanthus sinensis 'Yaku Jima' is commonly referred to as Yaku Jima Maiden Grass. This beautiful silver grass features narrow, needle-fine leaves. Its green spring and summer foliage turns attractive orange and tan tones as the season progresses.
Yaku Jima Maiden Grass thrives in full sun in evenly moist, well-drained soils. Cut foliage to the ground in late winter just before new shoots appear.
