Hibiscus syriacus 'Red Heart' is commonly known as Red Heart Rose of Sharon. It is a deciduous shrub with an upright vase-shaped habit that features a deep red throat with pure white petals. It blooms from mid-summer to fall frost and is virtually pest-free.
Red Heart Rose of Sharon thrives in full sun in nutrient-rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. Best in groups of three for bright color throughout summer.
