Echinacea purpurea 'Playful Meadow Mama' PPAF is commonly referred to as Playful Meadow Mama Coneflower. This compact selection boasts a multitude of large raspberry pink single-petaled flowers with red center cones and a skirt of flat petals tipped in white. It blooms from mid-summer to late summer, attracting bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. It is perfect for beds, borders, and makes a nice cut flower for arrangements.
Coneflowers are an eye-catching and popular perennial for many reasons. They are easy to grow and are heat and drought tolerant. They flower all summer and attract all kinds of birds and pollinators.
