It is a small, fragrant broadleaf evergreen shrub that features small green leaves with a bright yellow margin that matures to creamy white through summer. Small, fragrant, shell pink flowers in mid spring look fantastic up against its changing variegated foliage.

Carol Mackie Daphne thrives in light shade in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. Once planted, it does not like being moved. This highly ornamental selection is ideal for foundation plantings or perennial borders. Perfect for cottage or rustic gardens.
