Monarda Bee Pretty® is part of the Walters Gardens series BEE-YOU™. It is an enchanting mid-sized Bee Balm that brings a soft, sophisticated palette to the summer garden with its crown-like clusters of orchid-purple to lilac-pink flowers. Reaching a height of approximately 15 to 18 inches, it sits comfortably in the middle of a perennial border, offering a sturdy, upright habit that rarely requires staking. The foliage is a lush, deep green and emits the classic spicy-mint fragrance that Monarda is famous for, serving as a natural deterrent to deer while acting as an irresistible landing pad for honeybees, bumblebees, and hummingbirds. Its unique, "shaggy" floral texture provides a whimsical contrast to more structured garden companions, blooming reliably from mid-to-late summer.
