Veronica 'Waterperry Blue' is an enchanting, low-growing, mat-forming perennial that is widely celebrated for its ability to create a lush, weed-suppressing carpet. It typically reaches only 3 to 6 inches in height, with small, round leaves that often take on a lovely bronze or reddish tint in the cooler temperatures of spring and autumn.
