CORNUS SER SILVER AND GOLD
Grower Notes:

The Silver and Gold Yellow Twig Dogwood, also known as Silver and Gold Red-Osier dogwood is noteworthy for its variegated, pointy green leaves with creamy-white, uneven margins, and for its bright yellow stems in winter. White berries are produced in late summer and are quite attractive to birds and have a more attractive display than its tiny, white flowers in late spring. In fall the foliage turns yellow. Cornus sericea 'Silver and Gold' is a sport of Cornus sericea 'Falaviramea'. Periodic pruning of older stems provide better winter stem color that is most pronounced on younger stems.
