Thuja x 'MonPin' PP25,363 is better known as Ember Waves® Western Arborvitae. This new, showy, carefree selection features bright yellow new growth that contrasts well with its bright green mature foliage. When the weather cools, Ember Waves® transitions to vibrant deep yellow with bright orange-red tips.
Ember Waves® is deer and disease resistant and thrives in full sun in average, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It can be pruned to form a hedge or topiary and is perfect as a windbreak. (Parentage: Thuja standishii x Thuja plicata)
