SYRINGA PEK GREAT WALL
Grower Notes:

Syringa pekinensis 'Great Wall' is commonly referred to as Great Wall® Peking Tree Lilac. It is a multi-stemmed, deciduous tree with upward sweeping branches and an upright, oval habit. It is perfect for under phone wires because it stays a reasonable size. Dark, glossy green leaves turn golden yellow in fall. The Great Wall® features clusters of bright, fragrant white blooms in late spring and early summer. Cherry-like, shiny bark exfoliates which add to its winter interest.

It thrives in full sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is a relatively low maintenance tree that attracts pollinators and is deer resistant.
