GINGERSNAP™ FLORIBUNDA ROSE

Rosa cv. 'AROsnap' PP4330 Gingersnap™ is a vibrant Floribunda rose that is legendary for its intense, saturated color. The blooms are a brilliant shade of pure apricot-orange, a hue so vivid it stands out from across the garden. These medium-sized, double flowers are typically produced in clusters and have a mild, spicy fragrance that complements their warm appearance. The color is remarkably stable, holding its brilliance well even in the heat of summer.

The ideal spot for Gingersnap™ is a location with full sun and rich, well-drained soil. It features an upright and bushy growth habit with attractive, leathery green foliage that serves as a sturdy backdrop for the glowing orange blossoms. Because of its constant reblooming nature and eye-catching color, it is a perfect choice for mixed perennial beds, low hedges, or as a focal point in a sunny landscape. Like many Floribundas, it benefits from regular deadheading to encourage the next flush of flowers and a balanced fertilizer application in early spring. Its compact size also makes it a great candidate for large patio containers where the unique "gingersnap" color can be admired up close.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in a location with at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight. Ensure soil is rich, well-draining, and amended with organic matter. Water at the base (avoid getting leaves wet) to prevent fungal diseases. Pruning: Prune in early spring, just as the buds begin to swell (but before leaves emerge). Remove all dead, damaged, or diseased wood, then trim healthy stems back to an outward-facing bud to open up the center of the plant for air circulation.
