HYDRANGEA QUE SIKES DWARF
Grower Notes:

Hydrangea quercifolia 'Sikes Dwarf' is commonly referred to as Sikes Dwarf Oakleaf Hydrangea. It is noteworthy for its dwarf, mounded habit that matures to only 3-4 feet tall and wide. It features pure white, conical flowers that in late June and gradually fade to light pink by fall. Glossy dark green, deeply-lobed, oak-shaped leaves turn a showy burgundy red in the fall. Mature stems exfoliate, revealing dark reddish-brown inner bark which adds another dimension of attraction for this cultivar.

Sikes Dwarf Hydrangea thrives in filtered light in rich, organic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal as a specimen or accent plant, and in open woodland areas.
