HEUCHERELLA CATCHING FIRE
Grower Notes:
Rounded bright green leaves have flame-shaped markings that flare from the center like cherry red fire. Markings deepen to mahogany in summer. Cream colored flowers appear early summer. Best color in filtered sun or afternoon shade.
Heucherella (x Heucherella tiarelloides) is a cross between two closely related species: Heuchera (Coral Bells) and Tiarella (Foamy Bells or Foamflower). Heucherella is often grown as a groundcover, but now this unique cross provides the attractive foliage from Heuchera. In addition, the foamy-looking Heucherella flowers (from Tiarella) are available in pretty shades of cream, pink and white.
