Exochorda serratifolia 'Northern Pearls' is commonly referred to as Northern Pearls Korean Pearl Bush or Northern Pearls Sawtooth Pearlbush. It is a hardy, multi-stemmed deciduous shrub with an upright spreading habit that is native to China and Korea. Spring brings white flowers that resemble a string of pearls that bloom on the previous season's growth.

Northern Pearls has a USDA Hardiness Zone of 4 - it can take the cold! It thrives in full sun in rich, acidic, loamy, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It enjoys cooler climates and is ideal for flower beds, blooming hedge and container gardening.
