CERCIS CAN FLAME THROWER

Cercis canadensis Flame Thrower® is commonly referred to as Flame Thrower® Redbud. This unique, color-changing tree came from JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh, NC. Its incredibly showy leaves emerge red and change to yellow and green through summer, giving a beautiful multicolor look. Pink pea-shaped blooms appear on bare stems before the foliage.
Flame Thrower® Redbud thrives in full to part sun in average, evenly moist, well-drained soil. It does not tolerate wet or poorly drained soils.
