The Green Mountain® Maple is an outstanding upright to oval, deciduous variety that shows better heat tolerance than other cultivars. It has tatter-resistant, leathery, forest green leaves that age to a beautiful orange-red in fall.
The Green Mountain® Sugar Maple prefers a rich, well-drained acidic soil in full sun. It is the most widely used Sugar Maple because of its hardiness and reliable reddish-orange fall color.
