NORTHERN GLOW KOREAN MAPLE

The Northern Glow® Maple has the refined character of a Japanese Maple and the cold hardiness of a Korean Maple. This small deciduous tree has an upright, spreading habit that becomes more rounded with age. Textured, deeply lobed, green leaves turn reddish purple in fall.

The Northern Glow® is a low maintenance tree that thrives in full sun to part shade in evenly moist, fertile, well-drained soils. This tough, beautiful tree is ideal as a specimen, accent or in groupings.

Planting Tips

To help this plant settle in and thrive, we recommend these standard planting practices: Plant in well-draining soil with a slightly acidic pH. Water regularly, but avoid overwatering. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and promote healthy growth.
