MORUS ALBA CHAPARRAL
Grower Notes:

Morus alba 'Chaparral' is commonly referred to as Chaparral Mulberry. It is a dwarf, fruitless Mulberry that features glossy green, lobed, weeping foliage. This vigorous grower can grow up to 8-12 feet tall with a spread of 15-18 feet. Pointy leaves turn yellow in fall. It is a male selection which produces yellowish-green catkins, but NO FRUIT.

The Chaparral Mulberry enjoys full to part sun in average, well-drained soils. Once established, it is considered to be drought tolerant and can thrive in inner city environments.
