AZALEA EXB GIBRALTAR
Grower Notes:

Azalea exbury 'Gibraltar' is commonly referred to as Gibraltar Azalea. It is a deciduous flowering shrub that is also classified as Rhododendron 'Gibraltar'. It features fragrant ball-shaped trusses of frilly, lobed, vivid orange flowers in mid-spring. Flowers precede its leaves and attract butterflies, hummingbirds and other beneficial pollinators.

Gibraltar Azalea thrives in filtered sun in rich, fertile, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal in mass or as a specimen. It also works well in mixed borders, woodland gardens and foundation plantings.
