GROWER NOTES: >
Pinus bungeana 'Rowe Arboretum' is commonly referred to as Rowe Arboretum Lacebark Pine or Chinese Lacebark Pine. It is named for the Ohio arboretum where it was found. This slow-growing Lacebark Pine features a more compact and uniform habit than its species. Its narrow needles have a waxy look and its unique bark is a patchwork of green, white and brown as it matures and flakes off.
Rowe Arboretum is easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun.
