Physocarpus opulifolius 'ZLEYel2' PPAF is commonly referred to as Raspberry Lemonade™ Ninebark. This native, deciduous shrub features a dense, compact, mounding habit for smaller spaces. It is noteworthy for its bright gold-green spring foliage and abundant clusters of white flowers in summer. Flowers fade to a showy display of bright coral-red fruits.
Raspberry Lemonade™ Ninebark thrives in full sun in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is ideal for mixed borders, naturalized garden areas, and for erosion control. It is tolerant of urban pollution and can thrive in city environments.
