HIBISCUS SYR VIOLET SATIN
Grower Notes:

Hibiscus syriacus 'Floru' PP12196 is commonly referred to as Violet Satin® Rose of Sharon or Violet Satin® Hibiscus. This selection features large, single, deep violet-pink flowers that have a prominent red center. It blooms from midsummer to September. It has an upright, vase-shaped habit with variable, palmate leaves emerge late in spring and turn yellow in fall.

Violet Satin® thrives in full to partial sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. A nice bonus of Hibiscus syriacus cultivars is the ability to manipulate them into a tree shape for a more formal architectural feature.
