GROWER NOTES: >
The Cedrus deodara 'Miles High' is commonly referred to as the Weeping Deodara Cedar. It is a tall, narrow deodara cedar with an upright and weeping habit with silver blue needles along graceful pendulous branches. The deodara cedar is one of the true cedars. This tall variety rises to approximately 25 feet with a spread of 12-15 feet. It is slower growing than Cedrus 'Kashmir' and has a bit of a twist as it grows. It is quite the focal point in the landscape.
The Miles high Deodara Cedar enjoys full sun in loamy, moist, sandy, well-drained soils.
