GROWER NOTES: >
Thuja occidentalis 'Tom Thumb' is commonly referred to as Tom Thumb Arborvitae or Tom Thumb Eastern White Cedar. It is a dense, small, multi-stemmed evergreen shrub with a nice, neat globular habit that features rich green foliage that require no pruning to maintain its rounded shape. Foliage emerges light green in spring and darkens to a medium green in summer with good color retention throughout the winter.
Tom Thumb Arborvitae thrives in full to partial sun in rich, moist, well-drained soils. This naturally globe-shaped selection is ideal shrub borders and small gardens.
