GROWER NOTES:
Vaccinium angustifolium 'Top Hat' is commonly referred to as Top Hat Blueberry. This is a dwarf, rounded selection with plentiful white flowers followed by deliciously sweet, light blue blueberries. It grows to only 24 inches tall with an equal spread. Foliage is bright green, maturing to orange in fall. It is usually grown as a potted patio plant or in an edible garden. It is self-fertile that does benefit from having more than one planted close to maximize yields.
Top Hat Blueberry is cold hardy and thrives in full sun in rich, fertile, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. Easy care and low maintenance as this compact, dwarf form does not need pruning.
