A great addition to the growing Cheryl family. Brings a beautiful two-tone color to pink garden mums and will be ideal for landscapes that utilize harmonious color patterns. Comparable in response and growth habit to other Cheryl’s.

Spring Flowerings: Compact, free branching, and displays very good uniformity. Best used in smaller pots.

Summer Flowerings: Good high-temperature tolerance. Compact, uniform and free branching. Color will fade some if left to mature.

Fall Flowerings: Like all Cheryl’s, Soft Cheryl provides excellence in growth habit and foliage, flexible stems, and great two-tone flower color. The keeping quality is top notch and the flowers seem to be quite frost tolerant.

Flower Form Key
Cushion mums are not a flower form but a name used for early-flowering, low, bushy mums. Most resemble decorative.
	Daisies or Singles mums have daisy-like flowers with yellow centers.
	Decorative mums have double or semi-double flowers and usually grow to over 18 inches tall.
	Pompon mums have small ball-shaped flowers, on plants that are usually under 18 inches tall.
	Spider mums have petals that are long and tubular with hooked ends. Almost spider-like in appearance.
	Spoon mums have petals that are spoon shaped.
	Quill mums have petals that are straight, long and tubular that resemble a feather quill.
FYI: Chrysanthemums are usually grown as a seasonal annuals for fall bloom. Varieties are usually grown for outdoor use and require short days (long nights) to bloom with differences among varieties -- early fall blooming ones require shorter nights than those blooming later. Pinch back to encourage branching and denser growth -- no later than July 15 in zone 4-5; division every 3-4 years may be beneficial.
